We process account, session, saved research, alert, backtest, billing-reference, email-delivery, rate-limit, and audit data needed to operate and secure TradeSetupLab.
Providers
Razorpay processes checkout and subscriptions; Brevo delivers transactional email; TradeSetupLab periodically retrieves and stores Binance public market data for research features.
Retention and deletion
Export metadata defaults to 365-day retention. Account deletion anonymizes the profile immediately and purges user-owned research after 30 days, while necessary identity-free billing, delivery, security, and audit records may remain.
Choices, security, and contact
Settings provides password, billing, cancellation, and account-deletion controls. TradeSetupLab uses secure sessions, CSRF protection, rate limits, ownership checks, hashing, webhook signatures, and audits. Send privacy or data requests to support@tradesetuplab.com.
