Trial
The no-card 7-day trial has no trial charge to refund.
Cancellation
Contact support to cancel a monthly subscription. Access normally continues until the paid period ends, then research becomes read-only.
Refunds
Razorpay administers payments. Eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, Razorpay policy, transaction circumstances, and the finalized TradeSetupLab commercial policy.
Payment issues
For duplicate or unauthorized charges, email support@tradesetuplab.com with the Razorpay transaction reference—never full card details.
